Survey123 crashes on iOS devices with same select one question

Hello,

I have a survey that keeps crashing the app on iOS devices when the Flow Observed question is answered a certain way. (FLOW_OBSERVED). I have similarly structured surveys that do not have this problem.

iOS version 13.2.2

Survey123 version 3.6.158

Functions Fine:

Windows 10, Survey123 64 bit version 3.6.153

SM-G900V, Android version 6.0.1, Survey123 version 3.6.157

I have tried to do a whole new publish - same issue.

I have tried to remove the / as recommended in a comment below, with a whole new publish - same issue.

Try removing the special chars like
Chollas Creek LG/LM Boundary

and

Mission Bay/La Jolla

and

MB/LJ

Messed me up a few times

Interesting. This is definitely not the first time I have published this survey, yet the first time I have had this issue. I will give it a try though.

Hi Katherine,

I can see the crash on the form sample you've provided. It appears that this is specific to the design of your form - could I ask that you file a BUG with Esri Support so that we can better diagnose what is occurring?

I had the same issue, but could fix by republishing it. What I did was creating new survey, and copied the content in the form into new form. I am still not sure what was the issue- everything else was the same.
