Issue editing data submissions from a public form on Survey123

Hi Survey123 Users,

I am having issues editing data that has been submitted to a public Survey123 form. I recently edited the form using the feature layer and added some new questions. The form is working ok but I have been unable to edit the form for a while now. When I select a submission on Survey123 online and click edit, the entry loads and then I get the following error in Chrome;

"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')"

When I try to edit the data in Firefox, I get a slightly different error;

"Can't access property "indexOf", t.message is undefined"

Any ideas how I might figure out this issues?

Sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing the same issue? If so, could you please share your form design with us so we can investigate further?

If you are unable to share the form design, could you let us know if there are any calculations in your form and what the calculation expressions are?
