Survey123 Trigger Issue: 404 Resource Not Found

'Status Code: 404' 'Resource not Found'

I currently have a survey being used in four different flows, 2 of the 4 are working while the other two are showing an error at the trigger ' 404: Resource not Found'. I tried to copy and recreate these flows and that did not work, as well as deleting and reinserting the trigger/connection. Is there any work around to this or solution to why the trigger isn't responding even if it detects a response submission?
