Working offline with survey123 with offline base map

Please how do I work offline with survey123 with an offline base map just like collector for arcgis.

I am currently working in a location where internet accessibility is a challenge but the survey requires location as a key indicator. Thank you.

Information on preparing a basemap for offline use is available at Prepare basemaps for offline use—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS . Tile packages can be created either using Desktop tools or using ArcGIS services (for the latter, GitHub - Esri/TilePackageKreator: Tile Package Kreator is a useful tool to automate the process).

Hi James (James Tedrick‌),

First of all, I'm trying to use my own basemap in Survey123 by following Prepare basemaps for offline use—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGISsteps. Also, i used their Tiled Package link from the document and i published my own Tiled Package, which i downloaded from the document link, to my ArcGIS Enterprise for testing. However, it doesn't appear on my app no matter how i tried to republish it. Please see my picture form below. So, i I would like to ask you that how can i show my own Tiled Package on this Survey123 by using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1.

Prepare basemaps for offline use is very general-purpose (and vague). If you simply want a decent map for a geopoint field, there's a more specific procedure.
