Trackviews not collecting data with Survey123

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out here to see if someone has an idea as to why my Trackview isn't collecting any tracks.

I've created a Trackview under ArcGIS Trackviewer but nothing gets uploaded to the underlying layer.

Here is the troubleshooting I've done so far based on the documentation and similar posts:

- I've shared the underlying layer that was created alongside the Trackview (Hosted, View) with the Mobile workers using a Standalone group (only this layer and these users are in the group)

- I have create a custom user role with "View and Edit" rights (so compatible with Mobile Worker) and have given the "View location tracks" permission to the role. I have then given this role to the Mobile Workers.

- I have put the Mobile Workers both in the "Mobile Users" and "Track Viewers" categories of my Trackview

- I have activated "Location Sharing" as an ArcGIS online extension and it is enabled.

- I have activated "Location Sharing" within the Survey123 form

Still no tracks get uploaded to the Trackviews, I can't seem to find anything else in the documentation so I'm at a loss right now, maybe I missed something obvious, so any help would be much appreciated !
