topic Survey 123 to Excel using Power Automate- Webhook/ Trigger Issue in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

I followed the instructions on this article: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/survey123/constituent-engagement/instantly-load-survey123-data-in-excel-with-microsoft-power-automate/ to try to automatically export survey information to an Excel spreadsheet by adding a new row into a spreadsheet on my OneDrive when a new survey response is submitted. (Disclaimer: I am new to both ESRI products and webhook services.) When I test my setup, I get a message from the flow checker that says there is an issue with my trigger. I have version 3.22 of Survey 123, I am connected to Survey 123 in Power Automate, and I can see Power Automate's webhook in my survey's settings. The error code I receive is "404: Resource not found," and the failed action happens: "When_a_survey_response_is_submitted". I am using a test survey that is ultra simple (one question) to help streamline troubleshooting. I am using an organizational account, so my survey cannot be shared with everyone. I'd upload screenshots, but, for some reason, I'm not allowed to. Thanks for helping me figure this out!

Have you considered using ArcGIS for Excel to bring in your data? It would be substantially easier.

Try signing back to your connection by going to Switch Account, but use the same account.

Hi! Thanks for this thought. I'll look into that! I would still like to figure out what my issue is, however, since I have a coworker who had no issue connecting her surveys to Power Automate.
