Does anyone know how to remove the choice list reset button?

I noticed recently that there is a reset button on choice lists that seems to have been added automatically. If you press it, it resets the values in a choice list. However, our surveys are tight on space and the button squishes text in the choice list so that words get cut in half. Does anyone know how to remove this button? I can't seem to find anything online about it.

Thank you for raising this question.

The behavior you're observing is expected when using the calculation column to set the default value for a select-one question. To avoid this, you can instead use the default column to set the default value, which will prevent the reset button from appearing.
