    <description>&lt;P&gt;First suggestion? Don't. Just hard-code the note into the print-out. A "note" is just text, so toss that text into your Feature Report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are dead-set on doing this, you could try giving the note something in the [name] column, and then referencing that [name] in the output (NOTE, the "note" question type does not require anything in the [name] column. But if you give it a [name], that note will be added to the Feature Layer). Honestly, not sure if that is even supported as it is kind of redundant to do so (see by first suggestion).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
