Survey sends null geometry

Hi,

I'm working in ArcGIS Online.

I'm trying to create a survey that copies a polygon to the survey when a point is clicked on a map.

The process I followed is:

1. Publish the survey with the polygon only.

2. Add the point with null as the field type.

3. Add calculations etc. to retrieve the polygon based on the point location.

4. Republish the survey.

It looks like works in Survey123 Connect.

Then I try to capture data in Survey123 Desktop app and when I click Submit it does nothing.

Then I try to capture data in Survey123 Mobile app and it ends in the Sent folder but when I look at the data online, the geometry of the sent record is null:

When I look at the survey in the sent folder of the mobile app it shows the geometry:

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I've attached the spreadsheet file and the URL I'm using is public, so you can test if you like. If you just click in the centre of the Home location on the map you will get a polygon returned.

Update: I have enabled logging and am attaching the log file.
