How do I remove a survey from a mobile device? This has been asked before, but the solution that was given is not clear or is not working for me.

Hi Allison,

You can delete a survey and the associated data from a mobile device using the menu icon from survey details page, and selecting Delete Survey option as below:

Alternatively, if are using the Windows or Android field app, you can navigate to the folder the surveys are stored in and delete them, either one by one, or all of them in that folder using Explorer or a file browser app:

Windows: C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Surveys\

Android: <internal storage>\ArcGIS\My Surveys\ or <SD Card>\ArcGIS\My Surveys\

Note that if you are using iOS, it is not possible to browse the folders of the internal storage, so to delete all surveys the quickest and easiest way is to uninstall and reinstall the field app, this will remove all surveys and associated data
