Are you reverse geocoding with your own custom locator? Do you get the same results in ArcGIS Pro if you use the What's here? tool or Address Inspector tool? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geocoding/identify-addresses-and-places-on-the-map.htm

Using Survey123 to Come Up with New Address Numbers

I'm working on permits for new land parcels, and part of this is placing a new address point on the location of the driveway. I tried reverse geocoding, but the points don't always stay in the right sequence

This address is 22 ft from the south lot line, and given the number 9530. Reverse geocode puts it somewhere else and gives the number 9598.

I don't know if reverse geocode is what I want to be using to calculate a new address, or if there's another tool that works better.
