Survey123 Webmap Link shows empty survey

In the survey I clicked 'copy link' and put it in the pop up window in the web map. But when people try to edit an exist point using that link, none of the existing information shows up

It's the same survey they've always used. The only difference is I changed the link from the the one in the search bar to the one the survey tells you to copy. Did changing any of that screw anything up, and how do I fix this.

In Experience Builder, you need to link the survey to the data.

After adding your survey, select "Edit an existing record" > select your "Source Layer" from the list

Now, when you select a point, it will pass that data on to the survey.

They want to be able to do this through the web map in the field maps app
