Survey123 Web Form - AGOL Updates Impact

Since the most recent AGOL update. A survey web form I had embedded into Dashboard. Question formatting has become elongated and unreadable. Please see attached. Does anyone know the cause of this? Thank youQuestion names are now elongated.

Connect, using the web form link in dashboard. Not getting the same results from Connect to Web anymore. Updated the xls form version seems to have made things worse. Thank you in advance for any ideas.

I have a survey made in survey123connect and put into experience builder and do not have the issue. I will check in dashboard.

Do all questions look like this or just a certain type?

I just created a new dashboard using a survey123connect survey and added as an embedded content and it shows up as expected.
have you tried using a different screen size?

Ended up having some old appearance format in the xls. Updated and it is working ok now. Thanks again.
