Question labels not showing up in mobile browser

I am building a survey in the Web version of Survey123. This issue occurs when opening the survey on a smartphone browser. For single select grid questions, if there are more than 4 choices (columns), there is a dropdown that hides the entire question. The question label does not show up at all.

The question text should show up like this:

But on a phone, the question label does not show up at all. Only the hint:

Is there a way to get around this, other than asking everyone to change their mobile browser settings to view the desktop version?
