topic Geolocation constraint based off of map layer. Can't find web map. How to add in after initial publish? in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

Hello S123 Community,

I've already published a form through Survey123 Connect that uses an existing hosted feature service.

I've realised we now want to set up a constrain on the geolocation question (eg We don't want the public submitting points in the ocean or from another country.)

In a different form I've applied a constraint by filtering the boundary layer in the map. A bounding box (I don't think?) would work for our situation because we need the constraint tight to the country polygon. Not a rectangle. Nothing in the sea. That's why I want to use a layer rather than coordinates. Am I wrong here?

When I go to republish I only have the option to publish the web form though. Nothing appears for a map. I can't find the map in ArcGIS Online either, so I assume when I first published (a long time ago) I didn't tick create a new web map.

Is it possible to find or put in a new web map to this form to use in the geolocation question so I can apply a constraint on a polygon layer post first publish? I am trying to avoid republishing this form as a new one.
