Survey123 web designer multiple language image issue

Using Survey123 web designer multiple languages, manage survey languages - English (default) & Spanish, having two issues ---

1 = I have set the header type to image. I upload the same image to the header of both the English (default) and Spanish column in "Manage survey languages" . Save and Publish. Check the published survey, the image is there for English (default) but not Spanish (if I click on the box where the image would be on the Spanish setting and open image in a new tab it shows a Error: 400). I go back into the Survey in web designer and "Manage survey languages" and there is no longer a header image in the Spanish column. Seems similar to https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/the-background-image-and-thumbnail-of-a-survey-are-remo-bug-000165788

2 = the "Thank you" screen under multiple languages>Manage survey languages, I have the green check mark image in them with a "Thank you. Your response was submitted successfully." (just like the "Thank you" you get by default when you create a new Survey) in each language, Save and Publish, go into the published survey and submit test surveys and the "Thank you" screens do not honor the language setting. If I remove the green check mark image so there is only text in the "Thank you" screen, Save and Publish, submit test surveys, the "Thank you" screens honor the language setting.

Seems like bugs but am open to my own error. Any ideas?
