ArcGIS Survey123 language - auto translation showing error

The ArcGIS Survey 123 has a language translator which auto-translates. I am trying to translate from Eng to Spanish. It keeps showing error : Resource not found. We already published the survey and we are making a change after sometime now (if that makes a difference)

Pls advise.

I'm not sure if it will help but what version of Survey123 Connect are you using to publish now, and what version was used originally to publish the form?

Have you used the tool to update the XLS Form template, maybe that's needed?

There was an outage of the translation API yesterday; it should be resolved now.
