object is missing error in survey123 when submit with attachments

Portal 10.7.1

Microsof sql

Have many surveys working fine, but this morning all fails when send with attachments. If nothing is attach the survey continue and update the data.

When fails says this survey could not be send due to the following error: Object is Missing.

The surveys failing use a submit url, the data is in sql.

I create another survey but hosted and works fine.

Any ideas?

Continue with problem.

the survey create the record in the table but fails when go to add the file.

Go to the portal and in webmap see all the records but without attachment. In the webmap try add attachments and works.
