Pull data not working from My Surveys, data page.

I have a pull data that isn't working from the My Surveys, data page. The phone number isn't being populated from a linked csv in AGOL. It works perfectly in Connect and the iPhone app. I tried all the calculation modes in the esri:parameters field. Removed the input parameter I have for phone numbers and the csv is shared with the group.

Similar problem here, however pull data for us is not pulling into fields on the Survey123 App, but is fine on the Data page and surveys accessed via browser. Data is where it should be and intact. Occurs on both Apple and Android.

I think there's an issue with how the Survey123 website is handling linked content right now, I have several surveys that the Data tab will not even load because of a reference to a hosted CSV.. Esri staff are aware and have a hotfix planned for next week.
