Survey123 attachments no longer appear in webmaps

Hi,

For some time now, the attachments in my Survey123 surveys (photos, diagrams, etc.) no longer appear in the webmaps and applications. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

I recently upgraded to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1

Hi @LudovicCapette,

Can you go to the Data tab of the Survey123 Website to confirm whether the attachments are visible there as well?

You can also try going to the Data tab on the feature layer's item details and see if there are attachment counts in the brackets?

If there are, please try re-configuring the pop-up to show attachments in your web map. If not, it might be best to contact Technical Support to investigate further,

They appear in the Survey123 table but not in the Data tab on the feature layer 😐

Hi @LudovicCapette,

That's very odd. Could you go and see the attachment count in the item details (not in the web map). The URL is something like this:

https://portal.domain.com/portal/home/item.html?id=featurelayerID#data

Also, would you be able to share the feature service URL for me to take a look? (If it's publicly accessible). Thanks!
