If you have access to MDM software you may be able to test this out?

Phil.

Hi,

i am using a iPad in our internal company wifi.

Our Internet connection go over a reverse proxy. I am able to connect to the login formular.

But the problem is to download my surveys because survey want to connect directly to the form urls (not over our proxy server). Our firewall blocked the download.

Is there a solution to configure in the app (not in the wifi setting from the iPad) to use a proxy ?

Thx

Torsten

Hi Phil & Torsten,

My organisation has the same issue. We tried to catch the URL called by S123 when login-in/retrieving the list of available surveys, but we were not successful.

Would you have any hint/pointers for us? The idea would be to adjust proxy setting to let those URLs through (I think - I am no IT specialist, so this is my basic understanding of it!)

Note that we successfully use Collector on the same enterprise network, because the URLs are exposed.

Many thanks!

Hélène.
