Survey123 Web - snapping not working on mobile devices

I'm working with a Survey123 web designer. I have two simple questions in the survey, one is a Map question, where user adds a Point, and the snapping is enabled. I would like the new added point to snap to the line feature on the map, and grab an Id from that feature. The survey works as expected in the desktop browser. But its not working on the mobile devices, the point is not getting snapped to the line. Tested on Android, iPhone, and iPad mini.

Are you using the field app on the mobile devices?

The field app will have a different experience to the web browser. I believe there is no/limited support for snapping in the Survey123 field app.

@ChristopherCounsell No, I am not using the Suvery123 field app. I'm using the web version, in the browser on mobile.
