Hi,

Looking to do a Survey on plant biodiversity and was wondering if there was a way to include pictures along with the question, e.g.

You need to use Survey123 Connect, but it's possible.

On the choices tab of the XLS form, there is a column named image. In this column, simply refer to your photo by name, like "thistle.jpg".

To get the photo into your form, you'll need to go to the survey's media folder and paste the photos there.
