    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if there is a work around or if this had been fixed?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Printing using report templates does not work with ArcGIS Enterprise deployments that aren't public facing.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to create a feature report template and am getting an failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND due to not being public facing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254488"&gt;@TKSHEP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- this is a &lt;A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/browser/analyze-results/featurereporttemplates.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_4DCBF51A7F6A4DF783147BD9E024D02A" target="_self"&gt;known limitation&lt;/A&gt;, and does not appear to be fixed or implemented.&amp;nbsp; If you don't have a case with Esri Support yet, I would recommend you submit one and reference "ENH-000133778: In Survey123, allow printing of feature report templates with ArcGIS Enterprise deployments that aren't public facing."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there may be a potential workaround &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/survey123-enterprise-deployment-printing-error/m-p/839821/highlight/true#M20592" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, that would require "&lt;SPAN&gt;an on-premises installation of the website and printing API".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;lastly, feel free to kudo/vote for these ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-ideas/enable-feature-reports-in-arcgis-enterprise-portal/idi-p/936666" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-ideas/add-feature-reports-to-survey123-enterprise-on/idi-p/939731" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
