How do I create a feature service url for survey 123 pull data function

Publish your data as a feature service on ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
Get the feature service URL from the item details page.
Use the URL with the pulldata() function in your Survey123 form to pull data dynamically.

To find the feature service URL from the layer you want, on the right hand side of the item details page (Overview) in ArcGIS Online it is right near the bottom under the heading URL.
