Missing attach file in sub-forms

Hi Community and @Ismael,

The workflow is for a new electric service application.

Below are the master form and sub-forms:

1. Electric Service Application Master form

2. Electric Service Application Form (to be filled out by the customer who applying for a new electric meter)

3. Electric Service Application Review Form (to be filled out by reviewer if the application is ready for installation)

I submitted a new application with pdf attachments using the Electric Service Application Form.

When I opened the Electric Service Application Review Form (sub-form), I noticed that the pdf attachment was missing or not passed from the first form.

Is it a bug in Survey123 or I have to configure something in my forms?

Hello @mdg,

Unfortunately viewing file attachments in the Inbox is not supported by Survey123 at this time. We have an enhancement in our backlog to address this in the future. For the time being there is a workaround using a JavaScript function. Please note that JavaScript functions do have a handful of limitations.
