Missing pdf file attachment

Hi Community,

I have a submission workflow using Survey123, below are the forms.

1. Electric Service Application Form (to be filled out by the customer who applying for a new electric meter)

2. Electric Service Application Review Form (to be filled out by reviewer if the application is ready for installation)

I used the Electric Service Application Form to submit a new application, with attached .png and .pdf files.

After submitting the application, it was received by the Electric Service Application Review Form, and I observed that the attached .pdf file was missing.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could you assist me in finding a solution? Thank you in advance.

Hi mgrieta,

Please be aware that the maximum file size for individual attachments submitted from the Survey123 field app is 10 MB. Submitting files larger than this may result in issues.
