Survey123 Link Not Updating CSV On Load

Good afternoon.

Our survey is linked to several CSV files in AGOL, but the files won't update if the user accesses the survey directly from the URL we are providing (https://survey123.arcgis.app/?itemID=<itemId>?open=native)

Is there any way to force this action to happen on load?

No unfortunitly not. It has been an issue since at least 2021. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/external-choice-list-not-updating-when-survey123/m-p/1075687#M35703

Hi @Richard_Purkis I just mentioned to you in another thread that this lack of CSV checking is an issue, so I wanted to point out there is another user here having these difficulties.

Oh man, I didn't realize it was going to be my post from 2021 drawing attention to it, I can't believe I first posted about it that long ago! Yes please do upvote this idea! I still need this fixed so badly for our workflows.
