Can Survey123 use a secured feature service in arcserver 10.5.1?

Hello, I am trying to have my survey use a rest service from a REST service hosted by my oranization's own arcserver. I am getting the following error: (see screenshot).

Here is the form of the URL which is in the xlsForm settings: https://gis.[orgname].org/private/rest/services/[category]/[service name]/FeatureServer/0

I have tried with and without the '0'

Is this possible with survey123?

Hi Thomas,

Survey123 requires the feature service to be registered as an item in an organization, either ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. We recommend that an ArcGIS Server be federated within an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment; however, a service on a stand-alone server can be registered to an organization. The submission_url will use the link to the item in the organization.
