topic Nested repeat in web form work around in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

Is this possible? I have a very large form that is used in the Survey123 field app. It has nested repeats to take vegetation measurements at multiple locations. I want to have field users check and update their data using an Experience Builder app.

I would use the feature service from my 1st form that has the nested repeats, to create a 2nd form where I leave out the nested repeats. Both forms would point to the same feature service. The users could then use the Survey widget in Experience Builder to edit the main questions in the form, but not the repeated data.

Do you think this will work? I am also open to other ideas for field users to review/edit the data.

Yep. I've done a similar set-up before and it seems to work well.

This should work. I would also take a look at Field Maps Designer (which has a web map component also) if you are just updating a few fields it works well.
