Answers from 'Select Multiple' from previous question to become choice list for the 'select one' answer in a follow-up question.

I came across a situation in ArcGIS Survey 123 Connect where I want to see the selected answers from a 'Select Multiple type question' (previous question) to become the choice list for the 'Select one type question' for a follow-up question.

In practice, I selected 5 choices from an external choice list for my first question. Now the follow-up question wants me to select one choice from the 5 previously selected choices.

Any help or tip would be appreciated.

You would just need to set up a choice filter on your follow-on question. See the attached XLS for an example.
