Geopoint question working, but plotting points at (0,0)

Hi all--

I recently made some edits to a Survey123 form in Connect that was initially created in Web Designer. The survey logs addresses where building inspections are requested. Initially, the survey worked by the user manually entering in an address and the survey geocoding it to plot the point.

I made some edits in Connect and now submissions are only plotted at (0,0) even though the field pulling data from the address field populates correctly:

After hours of troubleshooting, I'm wondering if it is because I deleted and recreated the address and geopoint fields in my survey feature service because the field names in the initial schema were locked and generic ("i.e. field_20). I know that the point is plotted based on the first geopoint question in a survey...I'm wondering if because I deleted the field and recreated it, the new geopoint field isn't being recognized as the first geopoint field.

Does anyone have insight?
