Initially, the survey was developed using the web version of Survey123. Data was collected and there was no issue. Subsequently, the survey was updated using Survey123 Connect and the responses saved in the outbox before the update were blank. In the survey, I can see responses to the questions but when the individual survey is selected the questions are blank.
