Pull data from csv doesn't work when I save it in a newer version

Hello, I created a survey123 form a year ago that pulls data from a csv file. I'm currently looking to update the CSV file. However, I've encountered an issue where the search functionality stops working as soon as I save the file, regardless of whether I make changes or not.

Any clue why this happens?

I'm not aware of anything off-hand that would cause that loss functionality (assuming you just press 'save', as you indicated). Perhaps the issue is a cross between a malformed CSV and a recently update Connect?

Could you please include the CSV and XLSX files?
