Can Survey123 results populate a feature class in an enterprise geodatabase?

I am making a survey for internal use. I am planning on creating the survey in my organizations portal. Is it possible for the results of the survey to populate a feature class in my organization's enterprise geodatabase? I have created noting yet, just trying to understand possibilities and limitations of Survey123

Hi @Alec yes you can do this.

Your workflow should be like this: You should publish a service from the database and create the Survey123 application using that service.
