Ability to set how many times a certain question can be answered in Survey123?

Hi everyone,

I have a survey that contains a single select question.

This question is:

Now let's say that I want to configure this question so that once the survey is published and people begin to fill it in. I want the survey to work as if 9:30-11:00 has been selected 50 times the next person who opens this survey can no longer select 9:30-11:00 because its full.

In other words, can I configure single select questions in surveys to have a maximum number of times a choice can be selected?

Does Survey123 have the ability to do that?

That is a great question! Using Survey123 as a calendar reservation system.

It might be possible using the @pulldata functions in Survey123 Connect. Survey123 Tricks of the Trade: pulldata("@layer") - Esri Community

To keep things simpler, try splitting times into 4 different questions. One for each time period.

That does mean adding logic to prevent two times being selected.
