Survey123 and Portal for ArcGIS - Power Automate Connection Cannot be Fixed

Dear All,

We are using Portal for ArcGIS with Survey123 (not on-premises), and have been using it with Microsoft Power Automate for over a year.

We know that we have to create "custom" connector using S123 with on-prem Portal when using Power Automate. We also refresh the connection of the custom connector for S123 regularly. However, it suddenly stopped allowing us to refresh/fix the connection, even we are entering the right credential that we have been using for Power Automate connection to the Portal.

We have also tried to update the custom connector "Solved: Re: Power Automate: Using Survey123 Custom Connect... - Esri Community".

We have also reboot the ArcGIS Servre and Portal.

However, this is what we keep getting on Power Automate:

We are 100% sure the credential that we use still can log on to the portal, and the user has the exact the same user role/type.

Anyone has encountered similar issue? It's really bad for critical public facing form and automation...
