I am creating a survey form in survey123 connect so our operators can do their daily rounds on a tablet instead of pen/paper.. I have created this survey with the intention of it been collected twice daily with the operator modifying the date and whether it is the AM or PM round. So each round is an individual survey. This all seems straight forward.</P><P>The piece I am struggling with is how do I then get the 14 surveys collected for that week summarized into a single report such as the example below (the old format they are using to do the rounds using pen/paper).
