If I take a photo with the iOS native camera it exports correctly as vertical. Its only when using the S123 camera that the portrait photos turn -90. Landscape photos taken with S123 Camera and iOS Camera properly export as landscape (neither are rotated). Thanks for getting back to me.

I have tested this and found that when you add images taken from Survey123 the portrait images turn -90 degrees when exported as a PDF or Word doc. When you take a photo in portrait mode with the camera, then add the photo using the file explorer, the photo renders correctly when exported.

I am using multiline so I can't grab the exif information, but I also can't see what ssrs is reading to render rotation. The images taken in Survey123 render correctly in Pro and in Windows, just not ssrs (but only when exported, not when viewing the report on the report server).

Any ideas?

running the latest survey123 on iOS.
