Hi,

If I have a drop-down choice list of people's names that pulls those names from a layer, can I configure in survey123 web designer so as that if I select a name it auto-populates other questions based on the name's associated attributes like phone number and email address?

Hello,

This sounds like you’re looking to use a pulldata calculation. This can be done two way. First, much like your using the search calculation for the list: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-pulldata-quot-layer/ba-p/1224415

Second, to add a csv with the names and related information to the media folder of your survey in Connect:

No need to use Survey123 Connect. @AndrewCastilloTBSL You should be able to do this through a calculation in the web designer. See this video for details.

@ScottBrown1 Your answer is correct for Connect users, but I think @AndrewCastilloTBSL was looking for a solution in the web designer.
