Hey ESRI folks,

Do you know anything about the status of adding reporting capabilities to Survey123 in Portal/Enterprise? I see it's been 'Under consideration' on the Ideas page for over a year and a half. Thanks.

Hi @IsmaelChivite , will organizations migrating to Enterprise in the interim lose the ability to generate reports for Survey123?

With some limitations, you can use the ArcGIS Online report service today with your ArcGIS Enterprise data.

Limitations:

You must configure a web adaptor in your DMZ so the ArcGIS Online report service can securely access your data in ArcGIS Enterprise (Integrated Windows Authentication is not supported).

No ArcGIS Online credits will be consumed when you combine ArcGIS Enterprise with the ArcGIS Online Report Service.

If this hybrid approach does not work your organization and you want to deploy your Survey123 report service locally within your own infrastructure, please vote up and add your comments to this ArcGIS Idea. Including the Survey123 report service with ArcGIS Enterprise is in our road map, but it will only be available in 2024 at the earliest.

can you post the ArcGIS Online report service url?

Hello! As 2024 is ending, are the reports for Survey123 in Enterprise going to roll out anytime soon?

Asking because our organization migrated to Enterprise from AGOL, being told by local ESRI representative that this problem will be solved this year. Reports function is pretty important to us.
