Cannot read properties of null (reading 'replace')

SOS! When trying to publish an edited survey which previously worked find on the Survey123 web app, I get this error:

I have looked at this solution, this solution and this solution. All see to be related to the collector app or have something called repeats? I don't have those... I cleared the browser cache which did not work, and all my pages are labeled. I do have a lot of 'note' fields, as there is significant explaining to do before some questions. Is this the problem?

I ended up checking all my "notes" question types and adding them to the question after. it worked.
