Creating a tally using two conditions

Good morning,

I am trying to create a survey where I have different species of trees and different height classes, using the select one type question. My problem is I need to find a way to tally the responses in real-time. I will have upwards of 30 different tree species and 5 height classes. It would be very time-consuming to just use a repeat as there may be up to 200 individual trees in each plot.

Example

White oak, 0-1 m = 6

White oak, 1-2 m =43.
