Survey123 Exporting Issue

Hi, I am facing a problem with exporting Survey123. I am not getting any error message exporting is keep loading without any response. I tried Safari and Google Chrome. Any idea?

How big is it? This happens a lot over 10GB and I have an open bug on it. I found after hours works better as its a low priority job on the server I think. I have some that will never export and I have to make a replica and download that.

You may need to be very, very patient. We have a survey with >14k records and >12GB of attachments. After clicking on Export FGDB, it takes 1.5 hours before the file Save As dialog appears, then another 2 hours for the download. It works, though.
