S123 Power Automate ArcGIS Enterprise URL Error

I am receiving an error where I cannot create a new power Automate flow due to a requirement for an ArcGIS enterprise url. I never needed this in the past and we are and AGOL agency. This also keeps me from being able to edit existing flows.

Hello @joncroley,

This is a defect with the Survey123 templates in Microsoft Power Automate. This has been logged as BUG-000155504.

To work around the behavior either remove the Survey123 connector and readd it or select My flows > New flow > Automated cloud flow and select the Survey123 connector.

It worked for 4 flows and then I started receiving the same error again. Even adding a new flow connection does not work.
