Data export is not working

Can anyone advise if there is a problem in general with the survey123 export data function? I am getting an error for all my surveys and cant export any of the dates to Excel. Do other people have the same problem?

Can you please share some more information to help us locate the issue?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue?
Did you export by using the "Export" button the data on the Data tab of the Survey123 website?
Is the survey created from Survey123 Connect or the Survey123 website?
Did you observe the same issue when exporting to other data formats, e.g. CSV, Shapefile?
Can you export the data of the source feature layer from the item details page in ArcGIS Online?

1. Above screenshot

2. I use survey123website click on export and select excel all was fine before

3. survey created in connect

4, Have the same issue with CSV, shapefile

5 cant export to future layer

CSV export is working now but the problem with Excel and shape file is still the same
