topic GPSImageDirection and tablet orientation in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

I am developing a survey that will take cardinal photos at each location, 'panorama' for the station. These photos will be taken in landscape. The EXIF data from the files is off 90 degrees depending if the tablet is turned to the right or left. I'm aware of ImageOrientation and could note that and a correction for each photo, but would prefer the EXIF data written to the image file. Any work arounds?
