Survey123 Issue - Values changing after submitting the survey

Hi,

I have an issue with the survey123 application. I did fill all the required values and submitted the survey. It was fine for few days, able to generate reports correctly for that survey.

But now, the reference number which is a unique value has changed automatically to some random number

For example: my reference number is 22065 but it changed to -39897654

It happed for all the surveys that I have submitted

But when I search with the name or any other value and resubmit the survey it turns to be normal.

Please could anyone assist me to solve this issue??

Hello @SwathiBommidi,

When you say the reference number has changed, where has it changed? In the feature service data, when generating a report, or when edit the record in Survey123?
