Survey randomly stops working after creation (unable to publish, to modify logic, etc)

Hello,

I'm working on a survey, but every time I try to publish (or republish) the survey it crashes and displays the following error:

{"code":-1,"message":"","isTrusted":true}

It's very strange, because at the beginning I'm allowed to publish the survey, nevertheless, when time passes, it stops working. I already tried to create new surveys and to duplicate already existent surveys (it does not work, the web crashes) but nothing works.

My version is the ArcGis enterprise (website version 3.16) working on survey123 from the website.
