It's hard to help without seeing your survey XLS. You might want to look into Choice Filters and Cascading Selects.

I am having some trouble using set rule. I am trying to figure out a way to get the subsequent questions to be in the same column instead of creating a new column for each answer.

For example, I am asking for a business type (retail, recreation, manufacturing, etc..). Depending on their answer, I want to dial down exactly what they do into categories (if retail, is it clothing, food, gift shop, ect.. If recreation, is it a gym, park, theater...)

Is there a way to get those specific results into one column instead of a different column for each category? Is there a different tool I should be using other than set rule? I've tried using relevant on survey123 connect but I have the same issue

I've attached a screenshot of how it looks now.
